Chili powder, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Beef, top sirloin, 6 oz
Extra Light Olive Oil, 0.50 tbsp
black pepper corn (ground), 1 tsp
Coat both sides with EVOO
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl then split in half. Use each half on a side.
You can let this sit for a few hours if you'd like. When I do this I prick the steak with a fork first.
Grill on High heat for 2 minutes per side. Lower heat to medium. Grill for another 4 minutes per side. I like mine medium rare.
