Ingredients

    2.75 pound beef roast
    2 C white wine
    1 Tbsp garlic
    1/4 C chopped onion
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp salt substitute

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
