Fresh Fruit Salad

Introduction

Great for taking to parties. Low fat, low calorie, cholesterol free. Good and good for you! Great for taking to parties. Low fat, low calorie, cholesterol free. Good and good for you!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Apples, fresh, quartered or chopped
    1 cup Oranges, sectioned
    1 cup Grapes, seedless - halved
    1 cup Peaches, fresh, sliced
    1 cup Strawberries, fresh, halved or quartered
    1 cup Banana, fresh, sliced
    cup Raisins (not packed)
    cup Sunflower Seeds, salted

Directions

Combine the fresh fruit, except for the bananas, including any juice from slicing. Toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Top with sliced banana, raisins and sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
