Introduction

Mix first nuts, seeds, coconut, oats, flax and brown sugar. Heat honey til thin and mix with vanilla, any spices desired, pinch salt and oil. Ingredients

    1 c. nuts and seeds
    1 c. sweetened coconut
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 c. quick oats (adds chewiness)
    1/4 c. flax seed, milled
    2 T. brown sugar
    Add desired spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.)
    1/4 c. honey
    1 t. vanilla
    3 T. oil
    pinch salt

Directions
