Introduction

My favorite home made humus I use this as some have much more oil
I like to use this as a spread on a wrap filled with veggies

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups chickpeas cooked
    1 tspoon sea salt
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 cup tahini
    2 tbs olive oil
    juice of one lemon
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    pinc black pepper

Directions

6 1/4 cup ( 4 tbs ) servings
chop garlic and half of salt in food processor add beans and blend add tahini seasoning lemon juice and blend to nice consistancy drizzle olive oil over and blend well
adjust salt or pepper if needed chill
use in about 4 days
