Introduction

Low calorie, hearty stoup recipe from my mom. It's so easy and delicious! Low calorie, hearty stoup recipe from my mom. It's so easy and delicious!
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    19 oz ground turkey
    1 onion- chopped
    1 bell pepper- chopped
    1 can corn
    1 can Rotel
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans

Directions

saute turkey with onion and bell pepper. add water if necessary to avoid using oil. once meat is browned, add entire cans of Rotel, corn and beans- do not drain. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 1-3 hours. The longer is simmers the heartier it will be.
