Maple walnut salmon

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large pieces of salmon. About 6 ounces each
    pure maple syrup .25 cup
    ketjap manis Indonesian soya sauce, or regular will work too also about .25 cup
    handful of walnut halves 14 is about an ounce so that works

Directions

Put the salmon in a glass dish add the liquid ingredients and the walnuts which you have toasted if they are not already toasted. Cover and Microwave for 5 mins or till done to your liking, salmon is best not over cooked.Serve with mixed brown rices and green salad and asparagus. The left overs can be served cold the next day in a salad . This is also good and you can make a salad with all the leftovers you serve it with too. Just do not eat the sauce it is for marinating and cooking only.
