Kale Salad

Introduction

A nice tasty salad. A nice tasty salad.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups raw Kale
    1 oz dried cranberries
    1 oz sliced almonds
    1 TBSP white wine vinegar
    1 TBSP EVOO
    1 TBSP Water (for dressing)
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    pinch red cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp splenda

Directions

Rinse Kale and tear or cut into slightly larger than bite size pieces. Sprinkle Kale with 2 TBSP of water, place in microwave loosley covered for 30 seconds. Place vinegar, EVOO, water, seasonings, and splenda in a bowl and whisk together. Toss dressing with Kale. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more before serving for best flavor.
