Cranberry Almond Oatmeal

Number of Servings: 4
2 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped almonds (optional)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Top with wheat germ, flax seeds, chia seeds, honey etc....
Bring the water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in the oatmeal. Add the cranberries and nuts. Stir up the mixture and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the almond and vanilla extracts. Serve with milk and honey
