12 oz. can chunk chicken breast, drained well
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 medium stalk celery, diced small
2-3 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
dash of celery salt
dash of paprika
dash of dried parsley
6 oz. cooked chopped chicken breast may be substituted
combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
