Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can unseasoned black beans, rinsed and drained
    4 eggs
    Artificial sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar
    3 T. cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 T. Olive Oil
    1 T. vanilla
    1/4 to 1/2 cup extra firm tofu

Directions

makes 16 servings.

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
