Ingredients

    8 cups water
    1 tbsn olive oil
    1 onion large - diced

    400 gr frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tomatoes - medium diced

    1 lemon- sliced
    400 gr Pollock (frozen)
    Herbs and spices... 1 tbs or more each: Tabasco sauce, lemon basil, ginger

Tips

Boil long enough to cook the fish and then add the tomatoes last....


Directions

Lightly brown onion with oil in a large sauce pan. Add water and remaining ingredients and boil...
