Ingredients

    16 oz beef tenderloin steaks
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    2 Tbs chopped onion
    1/4 C red table wine
    1 tsp thyme
    2 Tbs low fat milk
    1 C beef broth low sodium

Directions

Brown meat in olive oil. Remove meat when browned and saute onion and garlic. Add wine, thyme, and milk. Reduce heat to medium high and place steaks back in pany and add beef broth. Cook 2 minutes more and serve over rice.
