Introduction

I've heard of breakfast smoothies, but here's one for now. Add a little Shiracha Hot Red Pepper sauce as well! I've heard of breakfast smoothies, but here's one for now. Add a little Shiracha Hot Red Pepper sauce as well!

Ingredients

    Put .5 cup cold 2 % milk in a blender. Wash, cut out the stem part from t he tomato, and throw the whole friut in. in. Dump in half a cup of cottage cheese. Blend it well until there are no more lumps or tomato skins. Squeeze in a .5 teaspoon of Shiracha Hot Sauce.
    BREAKFAST!

Directions

This needs a strong VEGIMIX. Omitt the hot sauce and the tomatoes, and add strawberries or other frozen fruit.,
