1.75 cup (4 dl) flour
2.75 (6.5 dl) oats
145 gr. butter or margarine (room temp)
.5 cup (1dl) brown sugar
.5cup (1 dl) granulated sugar
2 tsp (tsk) baking powder (bakpulver)
2 Tbs (Msk) Light molasses/syrup (ljus sirap)
.5 cup (1dl) golden raisin
.66 cup (75 gr.) dried cranberries (tranbar)
.25 cup (.5dl) water.
heat oven to 400
mix together the flour ,oats,sugars,salt,baking powderand butter,mix well into crumbles,add the syrup,raisin ,water
and cranberries , mix into a dough. Roll into logs with a diameter of apx. 2inches..(5-7 cm)Chill rolls in fridge for 1/2 hour.
cut into slices with a thickness of apx 1/2 inch (1cm)
put a parchament paper on the baking sheet and bake cookies on middle rack for apx 10-15 min.
