Introduction

Ingredients

    4C Mayacoba Beans
    1 Medium purple onion
    8 Habanero Pepper
    12 Serrano Peppers
    18 large mushrooms
    1/4C Turmeric
    1/4C Cumin
    1/4C Canola Oil\

Directions

This is an all-night crock pot recipe, needing at least a 6Q crockpot.

1. Soak the beans the night before, changing water every 8-12 hours.
2. Put oil in crock pot and set on high
3. Add beans
4. Roughly chop onion and add
5. Sprinkle spices evenly on top
6. Wash peppers, slice tops and arrange them as the next layer
7. Cover the top with the washed, whole mushrooms. You can pull off the stems if it'll make the cover sit better.
8. Cook 5 hours on high, then another 7-8 on low.

Makes 24-1C servings
