Vietnamese Stir-Fry Sauce

Introduction

Make this up with as much Sriracha Sauce as you can stand! It makes a meal special. Make vegetables and shrimp or chicken pieces, pour on the sauce, and make some RICE too. Ingredients

    Cook up some good veggies and a protein. Then make this great sauce: one part each of Tamari or Soy Sauce, Aji-Mirin Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, Oyster Sauce, Agave Nector or sugar, Corn Starch, Bragg's LIquid Aminos, and as much or as little Sriracha Sauce as you think is possible or necessary. Bring just to a boil with any veggie or meat juices. Pour over rice and dig in.

Directions

You can stretch this by adding broth or bouillon or more veggies or protein. Try it and see how good it is!
