Crockpot Steel Cut Oats

Introduction

Breakfast oats - cook overnight while you sleep! Breakfast oats - cook overnight while you sleep!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats (do NOT substitute)
    2 cups water
    2 cups milk (I used nonfat)
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    2 tablespoons light margarine
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

Combine everything in a 5- or 6-quart crockpot. Set on low for 8 hours. Divide into 4 servings.
