IntroductionLow sodium, high fiber and I think it tastes great. Low sodium, high fiber and I think it tastes great.
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) (remove)
Grapes, 0.50 cup, seedless (remove)
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .25 cup (remove)
Celery, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
Chop or cut the chicken breast into small bite size pieces. Peel & chop the apple into the same size pices as the chicken.
Add the remainder of the ingredients including the whole grapes.
