Ingredients

    1 Medium Head of Lettuce (6" Diameter), chopped
    1 Medium Onion (2.5" Diameter), chopped
    1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
    1 Can Water Chestnuts (sliced) approx. 1/2 Cup
    1 Pkg (10 oz) Peas, frozen and thawed
    Salt and Pepper to taste (not figured in nutrition count)
    Thin Layer of Sugar (estimated 2 TBS)
    1 Pint Mayonnaise (Light estimated 16 TBS)
    Thin Layer Parmesan Cheese (estimated 3 TBS)
    Bacon Crumbled (estimated 3 slices)

Directions

Everything goes in distinct layers, except bacon.

Cover and Refrigerate at least 4 Hours. Overnight is better.

Top with crumbled bacon just before serving.
