Number of Servings: 23

Ingredients

    12 Cups Water
    1 Cup Pearl Tapioca
    2 TBSP Coconut Oil (Raw)
    1/2 Cup Powdered Coconut (Fresh in Blender w/water from above)

    1 Cup Coconut Milk
    2 Cups Non-Fat Milk
    1 1/2 Cups Organic Sugar

    1/8 Cup Tapioca Starch + 2 Tbsps

Directions

In a 6 Qrt Pot Place:
Water, Tapioca & Coconut in pot and bring to a boil, and boil for about 5 min on high. Then add the Milks and Sugar. Stiring constantly boil for about 10 min on med-med High careful not to scorch. After the pearls are transparent add the Tapioca Starch, then simmer for about 5 min stiring constantly.
*Note when stiring it works best if you use a wisk that is coated not to scratch.
