2 large apples, cored and sliced
1/2 T cinnamon
1 cup wholegrain oats
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
60g olivani (olive oil spread)
To cut calories-the topping, spread thinly, could actually be for a serving of twice that many servings. Just double the apples and double the size of the dish!!
Arrange sliced apple at bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the apples.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together well and spread over apples. Bake until golden brown (about 30 minutes) at 180C.
Serve with natural yogurt or icecream :)
