Loco Protein Breakfast

Ingredients

    1 egg whole
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup lowfat or fat free cottage cheese (small curd)
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3-4 tbsp minced cilantro
    cooking spray
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray.
Cook onions until soft.
mix all other ingredients together and pour into pan.
scramble with the onions.
season with salt and pepper to taste.
Low calorie, low fat, high protein and filling breakfast.
Enjoy it alone, or wrapped in a tortilla with salsa!
