Introduction

This is like an oatmeal bar that you mix the night before, form and leave in the fridge over night...its super yummy and allows you to be creative! This is like an oatmeal bar that you mix the night before, form and leave in the fridge over night...its super yummy and allows you to be creative!

Ingredients

    1/3 C Oats
    1 tbsp nut butter (Natural Peanut Butter)
    1/8 C Soy Milk
    1 tsp sliced almonds
    1 pkg sweetner
    1/2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix, push flat on a small plate and put in the fridge over night.

You can add anything you want to this bar ...just go nuts!
