Introductionyou can exchange the fat free milk with half & half,

.5 cup chopped onion
.5 cup chopped red bell pepper
.75 cup fresh (or frozen) corn
1 cup diced mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic crushes
1 Tbs oregano
1 Tbs italian herb
.5 Tbs cajun spice (more if you like)
1Tbs white wine vinegar
18 raw lg.scallops
18 raw shrimp
12 oz cod or other fish
1 cup non fat milk
1 cup water if needed
1Tbs olive oil
sautee onion,garlic and peppers ,mushrooms ,corn and spices, set aside.Cut large scallops in halves and
sautee them with the shrimp for a few min. until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.set aside.
In a large pot heat up the mushroom soup add the milk
stir in the cod ,vegetables and vinegar cook for a few min.When fish is almost done add the shrimp and scallops
adjust spices to your liking and add water if needed.
