Introduction

Frozen mixed vegetables and beef slow cooked in beef broth create an easy weeknight dinner. Serve with cheddar biscuits a side salad and sliced peaches with cinnamon for desert. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 beef bullion cubes
    large pkg. (2 lbs). frozen mixed vegetables (can reduce to 1 lb if needed)
    2 pounds Lean stew beef, cut into small pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    worcestershire to taste
    1 (12 oz) can tomato paste (2 6 oz cans)
    6 cups water

Tips

I had to change recipe for 1 lb veggies and 1 1/2 lbs meat. Adjusted nutritional info.


Directions

Pour ingredients into 6 qt. slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
