Introductionthis is so good !!! this is so good !!!
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast ground ( I used chicken breast that I grinded myself)
1 1/2 cups baby bella mushrooms ( grind with chicken )
1 large onion
4 cups ragu or other pasta sauce
1/ 1/2 cups of spinach
1 large red sweet pepper
1 bag low sodium mozzarella
whole wheat lasagna noodles
3 cups fat free ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups broccoli cooked
boil lasagna noodles until tender
preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix meat with eggs
blend together spinach and peppers in a blender ( puree)
Line bottom of baking dish with noodles stagger meat , eggs , veggies , pureed spinach and sauce , ricotta cheese repeat until pan is full . make sure the top is saucy bake for 40 minutes take out of oven and top with mozzarella and bake for 15 more minutes .
