Chicken tomato brown rice casserole

Introduction

Had a recipe I based this off but ended up completely switching it up Had a recipe I based this off but ended up completely switching it up
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups of brown rice
    lipton onion soup mix

    3 chicken breast (about 8oz each)
    small onion, chopped
    1 tbs of garlic, minced

    6 large tomatoes, chopped

    1/2 cup of 2% colby jack cheese

Directions

Make rice according to package instructions but add the soup mix to the water you will boil the rice in.

Saute onions and brown chicken. Towards the end add garlic.

In a 9x13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray) add rice, tomatoes, chicken and then cheese.

Bake for 20 min on 400.
