Tuna salad with cottage cheese and cashews

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    (2) 6 oz cans of tuna in water
    1 cup cottage cheese, pressed thorugh sieve
    1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped cashews
    1 large hard boiled egg, chopped coarsely

Directions

Cottage can be smashed with a fork or pressed thorugh a sieve to get the larger chunks out of it.

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Measure out approx. 5.6 ounces per serving.
