Ingredients

12-16 oz Shrimp (Peeled & deviened & rinsed)
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 can rotel tomatoes,
1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp raw Cilantro (or 1 tsp dried)
2 tbsp Tequila (optional)
1 lime (juiced)
1tbsp olive oil
4 cups cooked Spaghetti (pasta)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & toss with 1 tsp olive oil. In a large sauce pan, over medium heat, add Rotel tomatos, petite diced tomatos, cumin, cilantro, tequila & 1/2 of lime juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add shrimp - cook until shrimp are pink (about 10 minutes).
