    2 C Spinach
    1 Banana (small)
    1/2 C Blackberries
    1/4 C Raspberries
    3 oz. Greek Yogurt (I use Chobani Vanilla)
    1 Tbsp Flax Seeds

Directions

Blend ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

  • I make green smoothies almost EVERY morning in the summer! But i have never added yogurt, i always add almond milk... and that banana is totally necessary... ill have to try some blackberries i usually use strawberries and cherries - 8/6/10
