Ingredients

    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    A1 steak Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)


    The water and soy may be approximated based on how much needed for the steak. This was enough for me to marinade 5 small servings of steak (3-6oz/ea).

Directions

Cut any extra fat off steak
Mix 1 cup water, lemon juice, ginger, garlic in a bowl.
Place Steak in it to marinade - preferably over night

Cooking:
Pan-cook the steak on medium heat
Mix the A1 sauce with .5 cups of water and pour over steak during cooking process
