Ingredients

1 C dry quick cook oatmeal
6 oz Fage 0% yogurt
1 C nonfat organic milk
1/4 C agave nectar
1/3 C ground flaxmeal
1/2 C dried cranberries or cherries
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours but preferrably overnight.
