Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1 cup onions
    1 cup peppers
    1 cup celery
    1 cup string beans
    1 cup kale
    1 cup cabbage
    2 garlic cloves
    1 cup Furmano's crushed tomatoes with basil, oregano, garlic
    4 cup chicken stock
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil

Directions

Chop all vegetables into bite size. Fry onions and peppers and garlic in oil. Add all the rest. Simmer 3 hours. Makes 6 1/2 cups.
