Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Bumble Bee Prime Filet VERY LOW SODIUM Solid White Albacore Tuna
    1 - 2 stalks (about 7") celery, DICED
    1 1/2 Tbsp Mayo (I used Spectrum Organic)
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder (more to taste)
    1/4 tsp of Onion Powder (more to taste)
    1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend
    1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning Blend
    1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    NO ADDED SALT NEEDED!!!

Directions

Open the can of tuna, DO NOT DRAIN, place in mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients mixing well to blend. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour to chill. Remove from fridge and stir, serve on your favorite whole wheat/high fiber bread; toasted is great!!!

Makes 4 - 1/4 cup servings.
