1 cup whole wheat or graham flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt or salt substitue
2 cups natural crude bran
1.5 cups skim milk
0.5 cup splenda
2 tbsp real maple syrup
3 tbsp egg substitute or egg whites
-use hickory or birch syrup in place of maple.
-swap 1/2 the milk for orange juice or apple cider.
-add 1 cup of rasins.
- add 1/2 cup berries.
