Ingredients

    5 eggs, beaten
    2 t. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 8 oz. carton cottage cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack
    1 (4 oz. ) can chopped green chilies, drained

Directions

Combine first four ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into a well-greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees for 20 additional minutes. Serves 6-8.
