Easy Peach Cobbler

Submitted by: STALEAN

Introduction

Easy, delicious peach (or any fresh, canned or frozen fruit) cobbler. Frozen mixed berries or tart cherries (add some sugar to the cherries) are really yummy, too. Ingredients

1 cup White Lily Self-Rising Flour
    Ground Cinnamon, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup
1/4 cup Brown Sugar Splenda Baking Blend
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1/2 stick Butter, melted
1-1/2 cups Fit & Active Yellow Cling Sliced Peaches in light syrup, drained
    1tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/2 stick of butter into 9x9x2-inch square casserole; place in oven to melt.
Mix together flour, cinnamon and sugar. Mix milk and vanilla in measuring cup. Whisk together flour and milk mixture until smooth and no lumps remain.
Remove baking dish from oven. Pour batter into dish. Evenly place drained peaches onto top of batter (they will sink slightly). Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbling around edges and golden brown. Remove from oven; serve warm with or without whipped cream or ice cream (not included in calculations).
