Ingredients

    10 oz or 1 1/2 cups cooked dark meat chicken, chopped'
    1/4 cup craisins
    1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbs. onion, minced
    2 Tbs light mayonaise (Duke's)
    2 Tbs plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp prepared yellow mustard
    1 tsp curry powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 1/2-cup servings.
