8 ounces dried bow tie or campanelle pasta
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10.75-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2. In a large bowl, combine soup, tomato sauce, and mustard. Stir in pasta and meat mixture. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
3. Cover and bake about 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato and, if desired, pickle.
Makes 6 servings.
