400g cottage cheese
125 ml skimmed milk
4 tspn splenda
2 tspn unsweetened cocoa powder
Seperate eggs and beat yolks with milk.. Add to cheese mixture.
Whisk egg whites until stiff and gently fold into mixture.
Bake at a low heat for about an hour
