Ingredients

    1 cup cooked pinto beans
    1 can lowfat cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of rotel
    3 oz diced chicken
    1/2 cup shredded cheese (lowfat)
    diced onion

Directions

mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Cook for 30 min at 350.
