Chicken Stroganoff

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Olive oil
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 chicken breast cut in 2 inch strips
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/4 water cups water
    1 cup fat reduced sour cream

Directions

Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add mushrooms, chicken and onion. Saute until no pink remains in meat and onions are soft. Mix in next 6 ingredients. Stir in water until it boils and thickens. Add sour cream. Stir. Heat without boiling. Serve with noodles or rice.
