6 T flaxseed meal,ground
4 eggwhites (beaten, with fork)
2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2teas cinnamon
in container your going to cook, add 2 egg whites, beat with a fork, add other ingredients, beat with a fork, until all is blended, well.
Place in microwave and cook 2 minutes 20 seconds, remove. slide a butter
knife along edge, will come out easily. Slice, and use as desired. It can be toasted,
