Ground turkey, tomato, cilantro, green onion, onion, egg roll wrappers, momo masala, tomato sauce, salt, chili pepper, chili powder.
Use a fork and put a small amount of meat on a wrapper and then seal it, wetting the edges with water.
Steam them all for 20 minutes.
Add tomato achar as the sauce. It is a separate recipe so it is not counted as calories here. We make it by chopping 8 tomatoes, 2 bunches cilantro, salt and lemon juice and putting it in a blender. A chili pepper can be added for spice.
