Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp
Canola Oil 1tsp
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 300 grams
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Mushrooms, 225 grams
Place on kitchen roll to absorb any juices released after cooking while mixing rest of filling.
Blend eggs, cheese, mustard together.
Place mushrooms in baking dish and pour over egg/cheese mixture.
Top with chives and black pepper
Bake at 180'C (350'F, Gas4) for 30mins until set and golden.
