Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    6 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute (or 2 eggs)
    2 cups milk
    1/3 cup fat free yogurt

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and yogurt. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, beat into a smooth batter. Drop onto a hot skillet.
