1 Flat Out! whole wheat/multi-grain pita
2 T fat free sour cream
2 T pico de gallo
1/2 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 Morningstar Griller's Chik'n Patty or substitute Sausage
Once pita is browned on down side (3-5 minutes), use a spatula to flip it, and move chicken to one fourth of pita. Top with pico and lettuce.
When browned, fold pita into half the long way, and again the short way to make a pocket quesadilla. Set back on skillet for a minute or so and serve with sour cream or hot sauce! One serving.
