Pantry toss Casserole

Introduction

This is a jumble of what was available in my cupboard, not sure how it is going to taste! This is a jumble of what was available in my cupboard, not sure how it is going to taste!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups canned diced tomatoes
    1 cup chick peas
    1 small can salmon
    1 cup water chestnuts
    1 onion
    1/4 cup dried shiitake mushrooms
    3 servings Uncle Ben's Fast and Fancy Garden Vegetable rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste, stir.
Transfer Casserole to microwaveable dish, microwave for 5 minutes.
Serve!
Serves 4, 3/4 cup per serving
