A yummy snack! A yummy snack!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta
    6 stoned wheat crackers
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 tablespoons basil leaves
    salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 6 crisps

Spread a generous amount of ricotta on each cracker. Season tomatoes with salt and arrange them on crackers. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper; garnish with basil.
